  The service department continues to go above and beyond during appointments. They take the time to answer any questions I have and ensure I am satisafied before I leave.

  Excellent! Time was taken to answer all questions without feeling that the salesman was going to move on if you didn't immediately buy. The salesman offered many options & again took the time to understand what I may be looking for in a vehicle. I would reccommend Keltic Ford for outstanding customer service, something that is rare today with our press one, press 2, press 3 for service, then HOLD in the hopes of reaching someone, anyone!
