  Staff don't care about your needs and make you feel stupid when asking a question so they direct you to the mall because they don't know what you're talking about or they don't care and would rather be rid of you. I bought an item from them and I asked the store manager if he could see if the item was working properly and his reply was "I don't want to".

  Staples usually has amazing customer service however customer service is basically non existant here. Ive been in this store quite a few times over the last year and only once (today) have I ever been acknowledged upon entering the store. Ive never been asked if i needed help, I usually have to wait at the print counter for 5-10 minutes clearly waiting for assistance before someone begrudgingly comes over to help. The workers spend the majority of their time talking amongst themselves and ignoring the customers. Whoever owns this branch needs to replace some people, not once have I ever left here with a positive experience.

  Employees, for better or for worse, are always quick to jump up and give you a hand. As a window shopper, this can be a little off putting, but it is a business after all.
