  Nobody at the service desk when wanted to check-in....had to ask around where the staff was?..first bad sign. The rooms are very outdated and lack of cleanliness in bathrooms. The air conditioning shows a lot of dust as soon as you check the cover and filter, my daughter reacts to allergies and after a few hours we had to turn it off due to dust spreading in the room. Definitely not worth over a $100 a room. It was much better at other accommodations along our holiday trip.

  - Had the key break-off in the lock of the door, management refused to do anything until the next day because "our guy can't get a babysitter tonight, and we have no tools"

  Staying here was a great experience, clean rooms comfy beds, ect. Actually booking the rooms was a bit of a hassle where a call at 3pm went to a nondescript answering machine and our message wasn't followed up on. After a couple calls I was finally able to speak to a human, at which point everything went fluidly and was a great experience.

  - Room was 10 degrees C when I checked-in, and after literally 4 hours of full heat was 16. Management quote after kicking the register "yeah it takes a while"

  I litterally thought that while staying here that I would wake-up one morning in a bathtub full of ice missing a kidney.

  Room was hot as air conditioner didn't work.room was towards rear of building near road and all you could hear was a the jake brakes on tractor trailers all night.terrible place.dont stay here.0 stars.
