My favourite place in Antigonish! Local options for draft beer and good selection of food on the menu. Friendly service and service was quick. Warm and comfortable family friendly atmosphere. We had fish and chips and the lobster/spinach dip - would definitely order that again!

Fantastic food! I loved the fish and chips. Light crispy batter. Chowder was amazing! Highly reccommend.

The only suggestion I have for this place is to not rely so much on the condiments, particularly on the burgers. The food here is easily good enough to stand in its own. When ordering, consider asking for that stuff in the side. Otherwise everything was great and we'll be back the next time we're in Antigonish.

Busy place, a little overrun by retired people (I guess University is out at the moment). Food is good - I had the Reuben sandwich which I enjoyed, and the fries were spectacular.

We happened across this place while driving through to Cape Breton. Many positive reviews so we decided to try it, and it was well worth it. Our lunch consisted of the Brownstone burger and the chicken and mango wrap. Both were very good, although the burger had way too much of the garlic aioli which completely overpowered the rest of the flavours. The kettle chips and fries that came as sides were outstanding. Best crispy fries areound and the kettle chips were fresh. Personally I prefer them a little under done, but that's me. These were cooked to perfection and came with a wonderful smoky Chipotle dipping sauce. Add a hand dipped chocolate shake to the mix and you have a winning combination.

The food was fair in a Pub Grub way. Very popular with all age groups. Fast friendly service.
